Once you have become an incorporated entity, you will have ongoing, annual obligations to maintain your corporation in good standing. As the clerk of your corporation, I will receive notification of the annual reporting requirement from the State of Maine, and will file this report for you on a timely basis. I will also update the resolutions of your corporation to ensure continued compliance with corporate requirements.
My overriding goal is to relieve my business clients of the worry that an action needs to be taken, allowing you to give more of your energy to those areas of your business that you truly enjoy and excel in.
